All our transactions are conducted using Paypal and Stripe as the payment gateway. We do not process or store any credit card numbers on our website or our computer. We do not take credit card numbers over the phone.
During checkout, you will be sent to Paypal to securely process your credit card payment. You don't need to have a Paypal account in order to process your transaction, but having a Paypal account will help track your purchases here and at the millions of merchants that accept Paypal, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart. Stripe takes credit card numbers directly from you through our site without leaving it.

Our digital patterns are for home use only and cannot be used for commercial or manufacturing purposes, unless a Cottage Industry License for Home Dressmaking is purchased that would legally allow the end user to sell garments from these patterns.
We try our best to describe each item accurately. It is the buyer's responsiblity to ask questions about a particular item before committing to purchase it. We do not sell used merchandise and we only offer brand new handmade items. We also do not mass-produce items like you see in the factories. Each rare item is lovingly made and sold "as is" and as described, and each purchase transaction is "final." We do not accept returns or exchanges and we also do not issue refunds.
In the case where we shipped you the wrong item, we will ship you the correct item at our expense after we receive the wrong item back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the wrong item in its original, new and unworn condition.
This policy includes regular-priced items, sale items, digital downloads, books, software, clothing, hair accessories and everything else in the store.
Domestic USPS shipping is provided by USPS for first class, Priority and Express Mail.
We do ship items internationally through the US Postal Service via First Class Package International (no insurance, delivery confirmation may be available), Priority Mail International (6-10 business days, trackable, no signature required) or Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days, trackable and signed at destination). The cost of shipping and handling does not include any customs fee that may be imposed by the destination country. The client is responsible for paying any customs fee on the merchandise. If customer prefers First Class Package International and wishes to buy additional services such as Registered or Insurance, additional shipping cost will have to be paid independently beforehand.
